DIE LUSTIGE WELT
DIE LUSTIGE WELT is a band project that emerged from a regular inclusive jam session. The participating artists have been meeting and improvising together for about a year. Different musical-aesthetic visions stand side by side on an equal footing, non-academic artistic positions, unusual approaches and different skills are not obstacles, but are perceived as enrichment, as an invitation to break new ground. This not only produces exciting and innovative musical results, but also, incidentally and naturally, creates a genuinely inclusive network. Anything that is fun can and may happen here!
Elise Neumann's Caribbean-inspired improvised spoken word meets avant-garde electronics, Anton Garbers and Gina D'Orio's punk approach meets the romanticism of the blue butterfly. Melanie Tabbert rocks the bass guitar and DJ Bläck Dävil samples and scratches pop songs and fairy tales.
